Terms & Conditions
Welcome to THINK IT SOLUTION. By accessing our website, registering for classes, or making payments through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Students below the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. By registering a student, the parent or guardian confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the student.
Registration
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.
Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments may be processed through PhonePe and other authorized payment partners. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. Applicable taxes, if any, shall be borne by the user.
Attendance and Participation
Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes on time. Missed classes due to student absence shall not be eligible for refund. Tutors may reschedule classes in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Tutor Assignment
THINK IT SOLUTION reserves the right to assign, replace, or reassign tutors based on availability, subject requirements, performance considerations, or operational needs.
Online Conduct
Students and parents shall not use abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language, disrupt classes intentionally, record, distribute, or share class content without permission, or misuse platform resources or tutor information. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Intellectual Property
All educational content, study materials, recordings, notes, presentations, and related materials provided through the platform remain the intellectual property of THINK IT SOLUTION or the respective tutor. Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit such materials without written permission.
Refund and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on the website.
Limitation of Liability
THINK IT SOLUTION makes reasonable efforts to provide quality educational services but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, examination results, admissions, or grades. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Third-Party Platforms
Classes may be conducted using third-party platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or similar services. Users agree to comply with the terms and policies of such platforms.
Privacy
Collection and processing of personal information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Service Modifications
THINK IT SOLUTION reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, course, feature, or offering at any time without prior notice.
Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to services if a user violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct harmful to students, tutors, or the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
