Fee Payment

Fees paid for classes, courses, subscriptions, or tutoring sessions are considered confirmation of enrollment.

Cancellation by Student or Parent

Once a class, package, or course has been purchased, fees are generally non-refundable. Parents and students are advised to carefully review course details before making payment.

Missed Classes

If a student fails to attend a scheduled class due to personal reasons, no refund or credit shall be provided.

Tutor Absence or Platform Issues

If a tutor is unable to conduct a scheduled session, or if a session is cancelled due to issues attributable to THINK IT SOLUTION, the session may be rescheduled or an equivalent credit may be provided.

Duplicate Payments

Any duplicate payment made due to technical error will be refunded after verification.

Unauthorized Transactions

Parents must notify us immediately if they believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved by THINK IT SOLUTION, the refund shall be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
